In Reports you'll be able to collect data from the timesheet entries you and your workers have entered. To get started select Reports.
There are three different Timesheets reports found in the reports section.
Worker reports give detailed information about one particular employee over time. You can also select the range that you'd like that employee's report to be on.
Project Summary Reports
These reports will give you the amount of hours worked in one particular project, with divisions on how many hours each employee has worked as well as the complete total.
Custom reports allow you to query multiple fields such as Project, Worker, and Date to gain a wide range of information or a focused amount. Since this is based on a potentially large read out, it will not give you information about individual days.
In addition there are two more reports. You can access these through the entries page by clicking on export.
This provides an overview of the various entries inputted into the entries page for the week selected. It's displayed in a compacted table and focuses on the Shift Details over the Shifts themselves.
This report compiles data on each employee for the week selected. This includes any notes as well as the variety of Shift details entered. Any costs that would be entered through either Codes or the Worker is also shown.
