The Projects page is a list of all Active and Archived projects you have access to. Depending on your company's paid subscription or permissions, Bidding, Budgets, Construction Documents, Daily Reports, Financial Reports and Files are accessible by navigating into the project.

View a Project

  1. Click the Projects tab on the left side of the page.
  2. Click on a project you would like to view.

Favoriting Projects

  1. Click the Projects tab on the left side of the page.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown on the right side of a project row.
  3. Click Favorite.

Note: If you would like to un-favorite a project, click the Actions dropdown and select Un-favorite.

Archiving Projects (Company Admin Permissions Only)

  1. Click the Projects tab on the left side of the page.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown on the right side of a project row.
  3. Click Archive.

Note: If you would like to un-archive a project, click the Actions dropdown and select Un-archive.

Create a New Project (Users with Create Project Permissions Only)

  1. Click the Projects tab on the left side of the page.
  2. Click New Project in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your basic details about the project.
  4. Click Save.

A project name is the only required field at the time of creation. Each project must have a unique project name and project number.

Note: If you are using Daily Reports and would like the hourly weather added, please enter your project zip code.
