If you are trying to view a worker's location activity and the message "No map data" appears, here are some possible reasons why.

  1. Worker was offline or had a weak GPS signal when clocking in.

  2. Worker did not enable GPS location tracking on their mobile device.

  3. Worker's time card information was added via the BuildingBlok web application.

  4. Manager clocked in a worker from their own mobile device.
