To add a crew to you, click the add button. This will bring up a pop up window for you to name your crew.
Once created you'll see an option to create a worker from scratch. In addition to that, you'll also be able to add existing workers by clicking the Search box to add to your crew.
As you add employees, you'll see that each worker has a switch to be either a Worker or a Manager.
Managers can clock time for anyone in the crew. They can also add projects and codes to any shift. This can be very useful for workers without a phone or if someone has a poor signal.
Workers will still have the exact same settings and privileges and will not be able to modify any other employee's time.
It's worth it to know that employees can have multiple roles across multiple crews. If you would need a worker to be a manager in one crew and a worker in others, it's completely possible. Additionally, you can use crews to export reports on the Entries page for only a subset of your team or take bulk actions such as Clocking In or Out for multiple workers at the same time.
